Youth Focus Board of Directors
Youth Focus is governed by 9 member board of directors and is primarily volunteer driven involving some 300 volunteers who serve in various capacities throughout the year. Our Executive Director serves as a volunteer and receives no financial compensation for his services. Only 10% of our budget is committed to salary and wages. Our organization has no costs for office rental. The space is donated to the organization. Therefore, our administrative costs are minimal and the return to the community is maximized. The Youth Focus Acolytes are key volunteers that assist in organizing our programs.
