About Youth Focus
Our Purpose
The purpose of the Youth Focus Inc., is to provide meaningful youth programs for the benefit of California Youth for the purpose of educating, motivating and stimulating them to greater heights of accomplishment in the areas of specialized programming, community service and leadership development.
Our Mission
The mission of Youth Focus, Inc. is to provide opportunities for youth to participate in educational, cultural and community enrichment programs; to build confidence and self esteem; to encourage youth to seek a positive direction that will assist them in acquiring knowledge, developing skills, and forming attitudes which will enable them to become self directing, productive and contributing members of society; to encourage youth to say "no" to negative pursuits and "yes" to those endeavors that enrich and enhance the quality of life for themselves as well as others.
Non-Profit Status
Youth Focus, Inc. is a nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of California and recognized by the State of California and the Internal Revenue Service as a tax exempt 501 (c)-3 organization. Our non-profit tax-exempt number is 77-0205725.
Scholarship Awards
Youth Focus awards and makes available educational and specialized training scholarships in excess of $30,000.00 annually to young people of merit through the conduct of its youth programming.
Services
Youth Focus provides well-structured programs for the benefit of youth that their lives might be enhanced. Programs are administered at minimum cost to the extent possible and in some cases at no cost at all to youth.
